Special Notice
from Dale England:
In the notice sent out with the
bulletins this quarter there is a
statement which has a SERIOUS
typographical error. In the middle
of the second paragraph it states that
Checkball books and the Freewheel books
will be available at no extra charge.
It SHOULD read that the two books will
be available at an extra charge. I
am sorry for the mistake.

New Service Frequently Asked Questions:
Are TransOnline and ATSG
the same company?
NO. Transonline is
an online services which gets some of
it's information from ATSG. As part of
that deal, ATSG members are given free

the Transonline service. ATSG
staff has no capabilities to deal with
any problems you may have logging on to
Transonline unless it involves verifying
your ATSG subscriber status.
PLEASE NOTE: The free
access on Transonline is to the ATSG
BULLETINS ONLY. ATSG members
receive a discount if they wish to
subscribe to the rest of the Transonine
service, but the free access is ONLY to
the ATSG bulletins.
I am having trouble signing up or
accessing the Transonline Website, how
do I contact them?
Contact Transonline at
850-222-6907. By e-mail at
membership@transonline.com.
Is the same information going to be
available on both web sites?
The short answer is no. All of the ATSG
material will be
available on both sites. The totaltech
database information will not be
available on the ATSG site, and only
available to Transonline subscribers at
their site. The ATSG
"members only" shopping cart, and at some
future time, the ATSG "members only" forums
will not be available on Transonline.
I want to sign up for the new plan
now. Can I?
Neither the Quarterly Billing, nor
the Online Bulletin plans will be
available until AFTER January 1, 2003.
So on your 2003 renewal date you may
choose which plan you prefer. Meanwhile,
the online services are available to ALL
ATSG Subscribers.
I chose to get my bulletins on paper.
Does this mean I cannot access the
bulletins online?
Not at all. All of the online
information will be available to all
ATSG members.
When will all of this be availble?
It is available on Transonline right
now. It will be available on the ATSG
website before January 1, 2003. Some
items will become available sooner, but
the official target date is January 1,
2003.
How do I get to this information on
the ATSG web site?
From any page click on the "Member
Area" button on the left.
How will I know
when new bulletins are released?
There should be no need
to know when new bulletins are released.
Simply do a search on the problem you
are having, or go to the index for the
transmission you are working on.
Everything available will be there.
Can I download
all of the bulletins to my computer or
only access them online?
At the ATSG site you
have the option to download bulletins as
PDF files one at a time, as needed, or
view them online.
Can I print the
bulletins?
Yes. The
bulletins are easily printed using your
web browsers print function or using the
Adobe Acrobat Reader.
